Welded construction with three-stage phosphate pretreatment and epoxy polyester gloss powder coat incorporating germ-guard antibacterial compound. Available in three carcass sizes: 1800×300×300mm, 1800×300×450mm, 1800×450×450mm. Lock specification: cam lock (2 keys, master key available), hasp and staple, or 4-digit mechanical combination. Flat top profile suitable for most installations; sloping top variants available to order. Suitable for schools, NHS sites, leisure centres, corporate offices and industrial environments. Paint Finish
A three-stage pre-treatment and phosphate coating are applied. Carcass and doors are powder-coated with one coat of epoxy polyester full gloss powder, stoved at 180deg, including a germ guard anti-bacterial compound. The carcass is powder-coated - Light Grey RAL 7035. Doors are powder-coated in your chosen colour.

Colour Options
Supplied with a light grey carcass and a range of door colours. 

Cleaning & Maintenance
Clean paint work periodically with warm soapy water or foaming cleaner. Oil hinges and lock sparingly as required with a light oil (3in1 or similar).
